Mid-Enterprise Sales Director – Contract 1099-NEC

Role Purpose

Oxtrabot Systems LLC, is nestled in the foothills of Boulder, Colorado, operating as strategic reseller in the Rockies, known as Oxtrabot. The candidate will be responsible for generating revenue for the company regarding our solutions including email threat vector protection, intelligent monitoring, autonomous response and managed threat protection.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all aspects of new sales development and operational success of the services that you own and bring to each regional team
  • To clarify, this SD role is considered 80% Hunting and 20% Farming sales activity
  • Proven track record of communicating with CxO executives, implementing strategy, building new relationships with virtual presentations to decision makers
  • You will be responsible for generating new business activity and supporting new client relationships from referrals or cold calling
  • New business growth and development, ensuring accountability to CTO, namely on-time delivery providing excellent service and support for Oxtrabot team
  • Working with channel partners to develop new solutions for our new customers
  • You will be responsible for generating sales proposals regarding Managed Threat Response (MTR) cybersecurity solutions threat hunting and malware detection
  • Social media demand generation including Twitter, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube video creation as required for new leads, presenting in virtual environments
  • Video presentations to CxO and executives namely on the financial impacts of information security breaches, relating to various ROI thresholds and the benefits of managed threat response services and endpoint detection
  • Video presentations to SME accounts, namely zero-day threats including sophisticated exploits, malware or ransomware, offering a layered approach to security leveraging our global partnerships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in computer science or marketing)
  • At least 2 years experience with endpoint security role
  • 5+ years of business development or software sales experience
  • Practical experience analyzing systems, developing or implementing
  • Prior experience with Salesforce and HubSpot CRM
  • Previous track record of managing regional teams larger than 4 team members
  • Compliance with HR policies including criminal background check, employment background
  • Accepting and signing Non-disclosure agreement (NDA) document electronically and other required agreements
  • The ideal candidate will have Offensive Security OSCP certification (recommended)

Termination
