Become an affiliate with Oxtrabot


Affiliate Disclaimer: regarding information technology, managed services, professional services, from Oxtrabot Systems, LLC residing in Boulder, Colorado, USA (hereafter the “Company”) this affiliate marketing program does not create a professional-client relationship between Affiliate, Client and the Company. Company shall pay Affiliate the marketing incentive of $500.00 paid by either gift card or business check, for each new client provided to the Company, while, meeting the program criteria as outlined in disclaimer. While, if the total incentives exceed $600 in one calendar year, the Company requires the affiliate to complete 1099 form and will be taxable and treated as such with Oxtrabot accounting team. The minimum requirement to qualify shall exceed $10,000 in closed business revenue. Company can change the guidelines of the Affiliate program with written notice. While, Company cannot accept prospect as new client until meeting credit approval guidelines, which may include signed purchase contract after the purchase order has been accepted, end-user license agreement, master service agreement or framework agreement between Client and Company, the opportunity must be paid in full by the Client before any marketing promotions can be paid to Affiliate valid for citizens residing in North America.

Notably, the Affiliate understands this program offers uncapped earning potential while adhering to the 1099-MISC IRS tax form as required.
